Percepción y nivel de satisfacción de los participantes de la universidad abierta para adultos sobre herramientas para el fortalecimiento integral de competencias y aprendizajes

RESUMEN: En el presente artículo se pretende visualizar el impacto sobre el fortaleci-miento de competencias y conocimientos en participantes de pregrado, grado y posgrado de la Universidad Abierta para Adultos a través de herramientas formativas como charlas y talleres. El mismo se centra en evidenciar cómo mediante estas actividades se contribuye al desarrollo integral y se busca presentar un resultado de efectividad desde la percepción de los propios alumnos. Para ello, se utilizó una metodología mixta, en la que a través de encuestas post-eventos con preguntas cerradas y abiertas que fueron aplicadas a cada grupo de asistentes, una vez finalizada cada actividad realizada, se evaluaron los aprendi-zajes adquiridos y el nivel de satisfacción. Los hallazgos obtenidos proporcionan una vi-sión desde la misma perspectiva de los participantes y revelan un alto grado de satisfac-ción y de percepción positiva por parte de estos, destacando la importancia de diversas estrategias pedagógicas como componentes esenciales en la educación superior.

ABSTRACT:
This article aims to visualize the impact on the strengthening of skills and knowledge in un-dergraduate, graduate and postgraduate participants of the Open University for Adults through training tools such as talks and workshops. It focuses on showing how these activi-ties contribute to comprehensive development and seeks to present a result of effective-ness from the perception of the students themselves. For this, a mixed methodology was used, in which through post-event surveys with closed and open questions that were ap-plied to each group of attendees, once each activity was completed, the learning acquired and the level of satisfaction were evaluated. The findings obtained provide a vision from the same perspective of the participants and reveal a high degree of satisfaction and positive perception on their part, highlighting the importance of various pedagogical strategies as essential components in higher education.
